These days I'm doing something a little different. Since 2024 I've been heads-down in an independent AI lab, building LLM-powered automation and AI agent frameworks for technical support and customer engineering — the kind of tooling I wish had existed earlier in my career. I'm not here to tell you AI is going to replace your job. I'm here to tell you it replaced the boring 60% of mine, and I'm still gainfully employable, so everybody can relax.
